This Week's Exercises

I took a week off last week, but this week, I'm back. But I need to go slower than usual. I tried with something that killed my butt: the WOW Booty workout!

Sunday: WOW Booty Workout- Only 4 Rounds the first time. Afterwards, my butt and legs hurt in that oh so lovely good way.

Monday- NADA

Tuesday: Abs and Upper Body FB 

A Rose Among Thorns 

8 Minute Abs 


Thursday: N+ V Slim Down 

45 Min HIIT Cardio and Abs Workout


Friday: Relaxing

Saturday: WOW Booty- ALL 7 ROUNDS

 Ultimate Stretching Routine AND OR

FB Stretching and Pilates

Sunday:

 N+ V Slim Down
